When Claire left home, she left her artwork behind for her younger brother. Years later, something unexpected happens, and he is reincarnated. Claire adores him as her “only exception,” the one soul she is allowed to visit.
YESTERDAY NEVER ENDED is the third installment in a trilogy inspired by Mother Teresa’s quote: “Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.” The trilogy grew from Bryan’s reflection on what the phrase truly means and how people come to understand and appreciate the present moment. Each script in the trilogy, including this one, is carefully outlined and structured around ideas he developed specifically for the stories.
The third chapter draws inspiration from two of Bryan’s favorite films: the 1986 coming-of-age classic Stand by Me and the 2000 Sundance Film Festival's favorite Memento. In 2011, Bryan pitched the concept to Karin D. Williams, who wrote the original version of the story, laying the foundation for what would later become the final installment of the trilogy.
